James is an experienced and accomplished entrepreneur. He started out at Tayto Crisps alongside Joe Murphy in their production plant in Coolock. His experience has been strong and consistent in the areas of land acquisition and development in Ireland and across the globe.

His experience covers industries as diverse as aviation (Aviation Data), hotels, property development in Wexford, Poland and Spain along with advisory roles in many start-up organisations internationally.

Karl brings a wonderful knowledge of the construction and property development industry for the past 15 years, while also holding a BSC in Business Entrepreneurship from DIT.

Karl’s experience and ability to complete projects is seen with his heading up of housing development completions with Tierra Investments Limited .

Project management and solutions based operating style has been at the forefront of Karl’s success as Director at Classic Windows, Doors and Extensions in Goatstown, South Dublin.

Karl works for the people and always looks for full customer satisfaction upon each job completion.
